We help you make flight arrangements or travel arrangements for family or friends. We also assist with blocking off hotel rooms for friends or family coming in for the funeral.
Support Services
With years of experience, our staff has the capabilities and expertise to take care of every day life services such as: mail support, pet care, handling deliveries, paying bills on time, pack up old clothes and personal effects, order food, cleanup and any other services you may need.
Grief Coach
After care services as a grief counselor, we one on one support or family support after the services are over. We ensure you gain a fruitful peace of mind after the family has returned home. We care about your mindset and well being after the loss of a loved one.

We communicate your desires and choices with the funeral home. We offer choices for funeral homes and their services. We Communicate between you and your family and friends for a seamless transition of events for all parties involved, to minimize the chaos. We also find the vendors you need to support your desires in making arrangements for your loved ones.
Provide references and resources for necessary documentation
There are many documents needed at the time of death. We want to ensure that you are prepared and have located all the documents you may need. (i.e. life insurance, last living will and testament, real estate, plots and funeral home information)

Rest assured we want you to have a peace of mind by knowing that everything is taken care of in regards to the loss of your family member. We want to make sure we check in on you even after the services are over and all the family has gone home.

A Letter To You!
Dear Client,
I offer my condolences and prayers to you on your loss. This untimely event in your life can't be suspended, postponed or deleted.
The many emotions of grief can make and have you feeling like you are on a roller coaster ride or running through a maze screaming for HELP!! I just want you to know that you are not alone. Just unbuckle your seat belt. Grief is natural, normal and will happen to us all. However, if it is not recognized, acknowledged and dealt with it can cause negative effects in your life.
Maneuvering through the predictable and unpredictable pain of grief is uniquely different for us all.
Bee by Your Side Bereavement and Concierge Service is here to service you in your time of loss. As a Bereavement Concierge Service we assist and relive you of the weight during this difficult time.
We are not a funeral home or funeral service but serve as a liaison/between the family, funeral home, vendors and cemetery if applicable. We also offer Grief Coaching classes.
Our mission is to help you breathe easier, bring comfort, and help you navigate through the maze of loss bringing you comfort in knowing that your affairs are being handled properly.
